Since opening our doors in 1993, the foundation of the St. Augustine Wellston Center has come from the exceptional talent and true passion within the team. As the heart of what we do, each staff member is dedicated to making sure all clients are completely satisfied. Read below to learn more, and get in touch with any questions.

Haley Calabro - EXECUTIVE director

Haley oversees the overall strategic and operating responsibility for staff, volunteers, planning, development, management, and successful implementation of programs and services, community engagement, and the organization's strategic objectives and mission. She has been with the Wellston Center family since 2020, formerly serving as the Assistant Director.


Haley's educational background includes a Bachelor's in English, Psychology, and Creative Writing from New England College. She also has a Master's in Social Work from Columbia University specializing in social enterprise administration. Haley is licensed in Human Service Management from the Network for Social Work Management. She currently serves as a member of the Wellston Working Group, Wellston-Redevelopment Task Force, and is a Red Circle Advisory Council member.

JOE JORDAN - LEAD support associate

For over 10 years, Joe has served many roles at the Wellston Center. Today, he helps stock our food pantry to ensure client access and drives our truck to pick up any and all donations to the Center. ​

Beginning his role in 2021, Rob ensures efficiency of all food pantry and thrift store needs.
