As part of our commitment to the continued well-being of clients, volunteers and staff, and in an ongoing effort to assist the Wellston community in preventing the spread of COVID-19, the Wellston Center has implemented enhanced protocols and procedures. The safety of our clients, staff and volunteers is our highest priority, which is why we have made some changes in our operations to provide you with a safe experience. On this page, you'll find important information needed for your upcoming Wellston Center visit.

Here are some of the steps we're taking to help keep our clients and volunteers safe:

• Requiring masks/face coverings which must cover the mouth and nose

• Limiting entry to help maintain social distancing within our Center

• Implementing enhanced sanitation protocols (e.g., offering additional hand sanitizing opportunities, cleaning restrooms and table surfaces frequently)

• Operating our food pantry as a drive-through to ensure social distancing

What is Open?

Food Pantry:

Tuesdays - 7:30 am to 10:00 am

Wednesdays - 7:30 to 10:00 am

We ask that clients wait in their cars to adequately

social distance while volunteers bring out food boxes.

Thrift Store:

​

Friday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Personal Responsibility

 

People can protect themselves from the virus that causes COVID-19 by staying at least 6 feet away from others, wearing a mask that covers their nose and mouth, washing their hands frequently, cleaning touched surfaces often and staying home when sick.
